I designed the rifle from scratch and sculpted it fully out of a big block of styrofoam. I worked on a tight budget and with recycled household materials, since I started this project in the midst of the COVID lockdowns. It is not visible in the pictures however all of the spikes and crystal at the back have LED lights installed in them. My inspiration for this prop was a video game called Halo, which I’ve been a fan of since a very young age and always wanted replicas of the weapons. This project kickstarted my passion for prop making and pushed me to teach myself design techniques.
